1) All copy, artwork, layouts, design and PI must be recieved in a format acceptable to the Publisher by copy date.

 

2) Cancellations are only valid, if recieved in writing, no less than three weeks before the copy date.

 

3) The Publisher reserves the right to omit of suspend advertisments at any time.

 

4) The Publisher reserves the right to charge for work carried out on copy, design or artwork. These charges are additional to the net cost.

 

5) Advertising must be paid for in two installments, with half the total net cost being recieved and cleared by the Publisher prior to publication.

 

6) The Publisher accepts no responsibility for artwork that has been approved by the client prior to publishing.
